Inc. In 1981, he graduated from Waseda University with a B.S. degree in physics and joined the semiconductor division of Fujitsu Ltd. He was in charge of process integration of advanced CMOS technologies for 25 years. After the successful development of 90nm technology as a program manager, he became responsible for foundry customer support. For the past four years, he has helped establish e-Shuttle,Inc. Throughout his career, he has developed more than twenty patents for floating gate type non-volatile memories and CMOS devices.
